Release the Robots! - May 11th, 2010

Oh hey! I hate to be the one who’s a few days late to this party, but:

Head on over to the Wadjet Eye Games website to check out some new screenshots, a plot synopsis, and even our free demo. There are also some rather aww-inspiring press quotes that are coming in daily.

I couldn’t be happier with the reception the game is getting. I’ll have more to say on this soon, but for now, I’m going to take a much-needed vacation. Thanks to everyone for your support and mad robot love. :}

    Congratulations for the release! Yes the game is getting a lot of love from the specialized press, I plan to buy a copy as soon as I recharge my credit card :)
    I’m happy that people love Puzzle Bots, for our project is a puzzle too!
    Btw I love the yellow robot.

    Hi, I already played through this great game and I’d like to share some thoughts.

    The setting, the unique characters (robots and inventors alike) and the well designed puzzles and make this a top-notch adventure game.
    The graphics and the sound (especially the music by Chris Moorson) are really nice too.
    Maybe the game could have been a little longer (it’s never long enough) and the secret furniture hidden in more secret places.

    Story wise the ending was a little abrupt. In comparison with Nanobots, I liked the evil scheme of Prof. Killfun and his lovebot better.

    To speak of Nanobots: I played it again, after I completed Puzzle Bots and only then I realized how much evolved Puzzle Bots is.
    I somehow forgot the Ibi easteregg too, so that was a surprise.

    Sorry for my bad English, I’m still learning it.

    I tweetered a “good luck” for this game… but I guess you did not need luck after all. I’m going to download and play the demo as soon as I wake up tomorrow…
